Hosie Jones, Jr., 68, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Monday, September 7, 2020.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 31 years, Juanita Dillon Jones of DeRidder, LA; daughter, TaRonda Dillon of Lake Charles, LA; stepson, Carlos Dillon of Conroe, TX; step daughter, Orkeshia Buchanan and Frank of Conroe, TX; brother, Pernell Brown and Carah of Tampa, FL; sister, Shelia Brown of Fort Smith, AR; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren;  special friends, Donnie Gilbert, Walter Harris, Rev. Carl B. Davis, Rev. Dr. Lionel Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hosie Jones, Sr. and Rosie Lee Brown Jones; brother, Michael Williams and Billy Jones.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2020 from 9:30 AM until time of service at 10:00 AM at Beech Grove Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA. Reverend Carl Davis will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville, LA.
