Girard "Jerry" Bordine

September 12, 1944 - March 22, 2015

Girard Forrest Bordine, 70, of Evans, LA, passed from this life on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at his home.  Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Dolores (Dolly) Bordine of Evans, LA; son, William O’Neal Bordine and wife Charlotte of Grant, LA, daughter, Robin Ann Memminger and husband Demond of Hammond, LA; brother, James Elliott of Baltimore, MD; sisters, Gloria Hayes and husband Johnny of Keithville, LA, Becky Saucier and husband Steve of Ocala, FL, Linley Bordine-Houseman and husband Wayne of Battle Creek, and Shane Bordine Albert MI; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren, and one on the way.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Dulcie Elliott, and father, Jack Forrest Bordine.

Visitation and Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in DeRidder, LA.  Visitation will be from 9:00am until 11:00am with funeral service beginning at 11:00am.  Burial will follow at Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.  Father Jude Brunnert will officiate.
