Frank Boggs, Jr.

Frank Boggs, Jr. of Sugartown, age 76, passed away on March 25, 2023. A graduate of East Beauregard, he holds two degrees from LSU. For 11 years he worked as a process design chemical engineer at BASF near Baton Rouge. In 1980, he returned to Sugartown where he raised cattle and sheep for 30 years.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years Lynne Persac Boggs, son David (Karli) Boggs, and daughter Laura (Alex) Courville and grandchildren Caroline and Grace Boggs, and Collin and Bridget Courville. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Joy Manning Boggs and his father-in-law and mother-in-law Robert and Eloise Farris Persac.

Friends and family are invited to gather at the Courville home at 266 Billy Young Road, Sugartown, on Friday, March 31st any time from 11 am to 7 pm.
