Erma Jean Myers

Erma Jean Myers, 82, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Friday, June 22, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Mike Myers and Debbie of Merryville, LA; daughter, Cynthia Scott and Wilson of DeRidder, LA; brother, Charlie Sandefer of Houston, TX; sister, Lillie Garcia and Eddie of Houston, TX; son-in-law, Larry Dixon of Newton, TX; six grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, H.C. Myers; daughter, Shelia Dixon; infant son; granddaughter, Debra Lynn Myers; parents, Monroe and Jeanie Sandefer.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2019 from 4:00 PM TO 8:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 24, 2019 also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home.  Brother Clyde Snyder will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be Steven Myers, Sage Myers, Chaz Scott, Sean Scott, Scott Greene and Ed Garcia.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Ben Garcia. Burial will follow at Whitaker Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
