Elsie Melvenna Lois Thedford, 40, of Midwest City, OK, passed from this life on December 8, 2017.

Those left to cherish her memory are her significant other, Allen Tanksley of Midwest City, OK; mother, Judy Robertson & Jerry of Midwest City, OK; father, Virgil Thedford & Mesa of Merryville, LA; son, Brandon Matthis of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Kacy Sisson & Nathan of Midwest City, OK; brothers, Richard Thedford & Shannon of Midwest City, OK and Jason Hernandez & Jessica of Kirbyville, TX; sister, Kacsey Hock of Midwest City, OK; grandson, Caleb Brady; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation & Service will be held Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon and continue until the time of service at 2:00 PM. Brother Jerry Day will officiate. Pallbearers will be Randy Young, Ricky Matthis, Brannon Cooley, Dustin Wellman, Logan Weaver and Willie Jeff.  Burial will follow at Old Cypress Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
