Elouise Hooper Jenkins

Elouise Hooper Jenkins, 71, of Bon Wier, TX, passed from this life on Sunday, January 19, 2020.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Earnest “Bobo” Jenkins, Jr. of Bon Wier, TX; daughter, Latrisha Delores Jenkins of Bon Wier, TX; brothers, Fred Douglas Hooper, John Glen Hooper and Brian Keith Hooper and Fay all of Merryville, LA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Baby Jenkins; daughter, Sonya Patrice Jenkins; brother, Alfred Earl Hooper; parents, Lonzo and Essie Issac Hooper.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 1:00 PM at Live Oak Church of God and Christ in Bon Wier, TX.   Pastor Terry Walters will officiate the service.  Active Pallbearers will be Brother Ricky Issac, Brother Lawrance Brooks, Brother B.T. Myers, Brother Randy Spikes, Brother Wilbert Batiste and Brother John McCain.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Pastor Fred Douglas Hooper, Brother John Glen Hooper, Brother Brian “Bo” Keith Hooper, Brother Lewis Jordan, Minister Luke Jordan, Brother Leo Jordan and Brother V.J. Jenkins. Burial will follow at Biloxi Evergreen Cemetery in Biloxi, TX.
