Ellen Marie Allen

Ellen Marie Allen, 72, of Merryville, LA, passed from this life on Friday, July 28, 2017.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Michael Allen and wife Linda and Mark Wayne Allen and wife Kelley both of Merryville, LA; brothers Jimmy Karr and wife Lillian of Dequincy, LA, Larry Jo Karr and wife Carolyn of Merryville, LA, Dr. Leonard Henry McWilliams, Jr. and wife Cindy of DeRidder, LA; sister, Eva Stark and husband Pard of Merryville, LA; grandchildren, Heather Pardue, Matthew Allen, Cameron Allen, and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, George W. Allen III; parents, Leonard H. and Delores McWilliams and sister, Sherry Deason.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 31, 2017, from 5:00-9:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at 2:00 PM also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home with Apostle Michael Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Merryville Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
