Effion Brown, Jr.

Effion Brown, Jr., 67, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Saturday, March 7, 2020.

Those left to cherish his memory are his brother, Talton Brown and Loraine of DeRidder, LA; sisters, Shirley Brown and Alouther of Dallas, TX and Dorothy Davis of DeRidder, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Effion Brown III; parents, Effion Brown, Sr. and Earma Mae Brown; brothers, Freddy and Albert Brown.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 9:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 11:00 AM at Kingdom Fellowship Church in DeRidder, LA.  Pastor Vertis Marsh, Jr. will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville, LA on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
