Edward Dale Maddox

Edward Dale Maddox, 60, of DeRidder, Louisiana passed away Thursday, February 23, 2012 in DeRidder.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Maddox of DeRidder; three sons, David Maddox and partner Micheal of Lake Charles, Christopher Maddox and wife Monica of DeRidder and Randell (Phillips) Maddox of DeRidder; three daughters, Gena Baggette and husband Jack, Bridget Nash and husband Shad and Kimberly Jackson and husband Wayne; 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; two brothers, Bennie Maddos of Merryville and David Maddox of DeRidder.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son and two brothers.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday, February 26, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and again on Monday, February 27, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Whitaker Cemetery.
