Earnie Mae Freeman Collier, 84, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Sunday, January 9, 2022.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Willie Collier and Tonya of DeRidder, LA, Shawn Collier and Natasha of DeRidder, LA; sisters, Zenobia Freeman of DeRidder, LA, Esther Williams of DeRidder, LA, Teresa Soto and Hector of TX; Goddaughter, Betty Thomas of Brockton, MA;  grandchildren, TeonShay Honester, Shikla Collier, Lyquira Collier, Amber Collier, Jariah Weekes, Javaya Weekes, Jamarshal Weekes; great grandchildren Christian LaShawn Ellison, Jer’Mari Damir Dockery, Mahogany Beauford, Sa’Niah Blessing and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Willie M. Collier, III; parents, George and Edna Freeman, Sr.; brothers, George Freeman, Jr., L.C. Busby, Deacon John Freeman, Sr.; sister, Helen Freeman.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 1:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM at St. Mary’s COGIC in DeRidder, LA. Pastor Dallas Thomas will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Willie Collier, Xavier Collier, Edward Noble, Jeremy Hickman, Clifton Holmes, Corey Willis, Honorary Pallbearers will be QBen, Marshal Collier, Terry Freeman, Marques Hall, Paul Freeman, Justin Weeks. Burial will follow at Almadane Cemetery in Knight Community, LA.
