Dougherty “Ducky” Cavazos-Smith, 15, of Fields, LA, passed from this life on Monday, January 12`, 2015.  Visitation will be held at Brushy Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Fields, LA on Friday, January 16, 2015 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm and Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 10:00am until 11:00am.  Funeral service is Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 11:00am at Brushy Creek Missionary Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Hyatt Cemetery in Fields, LA.  Rev. Mike Streams and Rev. Jerry Hext will officiate.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Dougherty “Ducky” Cavazos-Smith to CSPD Canine Unit, 705 S.
