Dorthea Manning Singleton

Dorthea Sue Manning Singleton, 70, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Sunday, June 12, 2022.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of fifty-one and a half years, Dale Singleton of DeRidder, LA; son, Damon Singleton and Kandi of Sugartown, LA; brothers, L. Ray Manning and Murilene of DeRidder, LA, Ronnie Manning of DeRidder, LA; grandsons, Dyllon Singleton, Chase Singleton and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Yvonne Manning; sister, Darlene Manning; sister-in-law, Diane Manning.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 15, 2022, also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Brother Donnis Ashworth will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Hunner Glaze, Corky Mahaffey, Shannon Mahaffey, Stevie Mahaffey, Chase Singleton, Dyllon Singleton. Burial will follow at Shiloh Baptist Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
