Doretha Flores

January 17, 1927 - April 23, 2015

Doretha Flores, 88, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Thursday, April 23, 2015.  Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Joseph “Al” Flores and wife Leslie of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Debra Darlene Droddy DuBose and husband Hugh of DeRidder, LA; brother, Rev. Hardy Droddy and wife Dot of Kirbyville, TX; grandchildren, Matthew DuBose, Sarah Buxton and husband Alex, Jenny Sproles and husband Rylan all of DeRidder, LA; Annabel Flores of New Orleans, LA, Ellen Flores of Lake Charles, LA, and Joey Flores of Lake Charles, LA; great grandchildren, Madeline Lester, Brennan DuBose, Thomas Lester, Evangeline Sproles, and Wes Buxton.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Flores; parents, Alva and Luna Droddy; brothers, Harvey, Buddy, and Robert Earl Droddy.

Visitation and Funeral service will be at Pentecostal Gospel Lighthouse in DeRidder, LA.  Visitation will be Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 6:00pm until 10:00pm.  Funeral service is Sunday, April 26, 2015 at 11:00am.  Burial will follow at Good Hope Cemetery in Singer, LA.
