David Gormanous

David Joseph Gormanous, 60, of Deridder, LA, passed from this life on Monday, August 30, 2021.

David was an angel sent to us, he was loved by all who knew him and he will be dearly missed.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of twenty-six years, Mitzi Gormanous of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Jasmine M. Gormanous of DeRidder, LA; grandson, Jerami David Everly; family, Ruthie Darce, Joey Darce, Andy Martin, Shelley Fusilier, Eva Darce, Theresa Darce, Celeste Gormanous, Margaret Fontenot, Peter Gormanous; twenty-five nieces and nephews; thirty-four great nieces and nephews and a host of cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Pete Gormanous; mother, Della Gormanous.

The family welcomes all to a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 5:00 PM at their home at 194 Cummings and Moses Road, DeRidder, LA 70634. Reverend JR Dowden will officiate the service. Honorary pallbearers will be Jermey Darce, Dusty Darce, Quentin Johnson, Tator Mahaffey and Tim Burton.
