David Brian Maddox

June 29, 1968 - November 3, 2014

David Brian Maddox, 46, of Starks, LA, passed from this life on Monday, November 3, 2014.  Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Carolyn Maddox; daughters, Jessica Stewart and Wendy Stewart all of Starks, LA; brother, Robert Wayne Maddox and wife Brenda of DeQuincy, LA; sisters, Tracy Maddox of Port Arthur, TX; grandson, Tommy Hayden Stewart; 2 nieces and 1 nephew.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Letha Maddox; and brother, Roger Dale Maddox.

Visitation and Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Calvary Apostolic Church in Starks, LA.  Visitation will be from 12:00pm until time of service at 2:00pm.  Burial will follow at Hyatt Cemetery in Fields, LA.
