David Allen Maddox

David Allen Maddox, 48, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving partner of twenty-three years, Michael Boyles of DeRidder, LA; mother, Cathy Maddox of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Christopher Maddox of DeRidder, LA, Randell Phillips of Lake Charles, LA; sisters, Gena Bagette and Jerico, Bridget Nash and Shadrick, Kimberly Garner and Chris, all of DeRidder, LA; his furbabies, Casey and Pedro and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Dale Maddox; brother, Edward O. Maddox.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 4:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Pastor George Lee Glass and Brother David Hayes will officiate the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in David’s name to The Beauregard Parish Animal Shelter at 412 Bolivar Bishop Drive, DeRidder, LA 70634.
