Darlene Manning Jenkins

Darlene Manning Jenkins, 58, of Rosepine, LA, passed from this life on Saturday, June 22, 2013.  She was born to Lloyd and Yvonne Manning, on March 12, 1955.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 7 years, Jimmy Jenkins of Rosepine, LA; mother, Yvonne Manning of DeRidder, LA; 5 sons, Shannon & Wife Debie Mahaffey of Sugartown, LA, Stevie Mahaffey of Gonzales, LA, Bobby & Wife Brittany Jenkins of DeRidder, LA, Billy & Wife Bridget Jenkins of DeRidder, LA, Jackie & Wife Lauren Jenkins of DeRidder, LA; 1 daughter, Heather Jenkins of Rosepine, LA; 2 Brothers, Ronnie & Wife Dianne Manning of DeRidder, LA, L Ray & Wife Murilene Manning of DeRidder, LA, 1 sister, Dorthea & Husband Dale Singleton of DeRidder, LA; 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Manning.

Darlene loved the outdoors. She loved fishing, four-wheeler riding, camping, and building fires.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 24, 2013 from 11:00am until time of service on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Shiloh Community. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 1:00pm also at Shiloh Baptist Church in Shiloh Community. Burial will follow at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery in Shiloh Community. Bro. Rod Martin & Bro. Jeff Phillips will officiate.
