Curtis Raymond Meadows, 82, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Boyd Meadows and Mindi of DeRidder, LA, Jeffery Meadows and Sara of Merryville, LA; grandchildren, Michael Meadows, Lyndsee Thompson, Katelynn Cowley, Jayden Meadows, Kayla Meadows, Jace Meadows; great grandchildren, Serenity, Kenli, Kennedy, Baylor, Gracelyn, Ellie Jo, Liam, Braylee, Trace and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Meadows; parents, Eugene and Willie Mae Boyd; brothers, Kent Meadows, Bobby Meadows, Sam Meadows; sister, Marlene Archer.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, September 29, 2023 also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Scott Myers and Weldon Jacobs will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Jayden Meadows, Michael Meadows, Bobby Thompson, JR DeLuna, Lynn Thompson, Stephen Smith, Toby Meadows. Burial will follow at Cannon Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
