Clyde Cloud

January 12, 1942 - November 2, 2014

Clyde Cloud, 72, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at his home.  Mr. Cloud was a school counselor, coach and referee.  He was assignment secretary for West Central Officials Association and was chairman for the Beauregard Parish Fair Parade for many years.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Shirley Morgan Cloud; son, David Floyd Cloud ; daughters, Donna Cloud Brady and husband Jeff, and Kerrie Cloud Richard and husband Craig all of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Charlie Cloud and wife Mittie of Elizabeth, LA, Gervis Cloud and wife Ann of Pineville, LA, and Johnny Mac Cloud and wife Mary of Elizabeth, LA; sisters, Laverne Roe of Elizabeth, and Dorothy Sweat of Baton Rouge, LA; grandchildren, Haley and Lindsey Brady of Baton Rouge, LA,  and Payton, Ryan, Micah and Jeron Richard,USMC, all of DeRidder, LA; and a host of nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Elizabeth Cloud.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2014 from 3:00pm until 9:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral services will be Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 2:00pm at First Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA.  Burial will follow at Occupy 1 Cemetery in Pitkin, LA.  Rev. Lindsey Burns will officiate.
