Clara Lavell Crumpton

March 17, 1919 - March 10, 2015

Clara Lavell Crumpton, 95, of Leesville, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at her home.  Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Becky Powers of Ovilla, TX, and Billie Lewis and husband Guy T. of Rosepine, LA; sons, Gary Crumpton of Clarksville, TX, and Rick Crumpton of Midlothian, TX; 11 grandchldren; 10 great grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; and 1 great-great-great grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her husband Alva Elmo (Pete) Crumpton; parents, Emma and W.H.  Stout, Sr.; 5 brothers; and 3 sisters.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 13, 2015 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral service is Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 3:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Rosepine Cemetery in Rosepine, LA.  Bro. Paul Massey and Bro. Greg Crawford will officiate.
