Charles Thomas Kinney, Sr.

Charles Thomas Kinney, Sr., 85, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Charles Kinney, Jr. and Tamara of DeRidder, LA, Michael Kinney; daughter, Pamela Kinney Smith and Jeff of DeRidder, LA; brothers, William Kinney of TN, Elmer Kinney of PA, Donald Kinney of AZ; sister, Patricia Elletson of MI; nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, twelve great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Alan Dale Kinney; parents, Frank and Margaret Kinney; brothers, Frank Kinney, Jr., Robert Kinney; sister, Pauline Vaugn.

The family would like to give special thanks to Tamara Kinney for the loving care and kindness she provided serving as his caretaker.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
