Carolyn Hollands Hickman, 77, of Kinston, AL, passed from this life on Saturday, October 9, 2021.

Those left to cherish her memory are son, James David Hickman, Jr. and Tanuya of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Darlene Williamson of Kinston, AL, Renee Robertson of Galveston, TX, LaLane Brumley and Rick of Leesville, LA, Lillie Richard and David of DeRidder, LA, Tawanna Hickman and Jeremi of Saginaw, MI; brother, Dennis Hollands and Kay of Shreveport, LA; sister, Shirley Thompkins of Ball, LA, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie King; parents, Earl and Joyce Hollands; brothers, Jimmy Hollands, Travis Hollands; sisters, Wanda Davis, Dolores McDaniel, Fay Tabor.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 2:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Brother Kenneth Gibson, Brother George Swain, Brother Douglas McManus will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Steven Hickman, Daniel Robertson, D.J. Hickman, Alex Robertson, Austin Richard, Xaivier Pitts. Burial will follow at Old Cypress Cemetery in Rosepine, LA.
