Britt Henry Eaves, Jr., 54, of Lake Charles, LA, passed from this life on Monday, August 18, 2014 from a supply boat accident in Venice, LA.  Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Britt Henry Eaves, Sr. and wife Ree of Lake Charles, LA; sisters, Rhonda Hoeft and husband Mike of Charles City, IA, Darlene Davis and husband Kenneth of Elizabethtown, KY, and Lauree Isbell and husband Derwin of Dry Creek, LA; brothers, Shaston Gray and wife Rebecca of DeRidder, LA, Waylon Simmons of Groves, TX, and Kelton Simmons and wife Leslie of DeRidder, LA; a host of nieces and nephews; and special friend, Salle Kelle.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 22, 2014 from 5:00pm until 10:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral services will be Saturday, August, 23, 2014 at 2:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Cannon Cemetery in Merryville, LA.  Bro. Dalton Isbell will officiate.
