Bobby Ray Lott

Bobby Ray Lott, 82, of Merryville, LA, passed from this life on Friday, December 13, 2013 at his home.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Danny Lott and wife Carla, Robert Lott and wife Cathy, Vernon Lott and wife Donna, and Alan Lott and wife Linda Kay, all of Merryville, LA; daughters, Rhonda Burr and husband Billy of Merryville, LA, and Sandra Smith and husband Donny of DeRidder, LA; sisters, Bert Gibbs of Merryville, LA and Betty Jo Blair and husband John of Merryville, LA; brother-in-law, J.L. Harlow and wife Debbie of Houston, TX; sister-in-law, Jewel Certa and husband Don of St. Louis, MO; 24 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Lott; grandson, Derrick Lott; parents, Robert and Ida Lott; brother, Doug Lott; and sister, Geneva Young.  Special thanks to Dr. John McMillian and Heart of Hospice.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 14, 2013 from 2:00pm until 9:00pm at Calvary Baptist Church in Merryville, LA.  Funeral services will be Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 2:00pm at Calvary Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Cannon Cemetery in Merryville, LA.  Rev. Cody Smith, Rev. Roy Hoosier and Bro. Jim Miers will officiate.
