Blanche Ann Kolar Perkins

Blanche Ann Kolar Perkins, 89, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Thursday, November 3, 2022.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Tom Perkins and Melba of Hornbeck, LA, Barry Perkins and Donna of Mountain Pine, AR, David Perkins and Debbie of DeRidder, LA, Mike Perkins and Lisa of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Janice Hiles of Raleigh, MS, Christine Apple of Benton, AR; grandchildren, Mitch Perkins, Summer Ridley, Nikki Perkins, Logan Perkins, Laydon Perkins, Kayleigh Zaworski, Devin Jordan, Christy Linville, Randy White, Allen Perkins, Ben Hiles, Christy Apple, Carla Alexander, Carmen Alexander, Wayne Alexander; thirty-three great grandchildren and one on the way; one great-great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester T. Perkins; grandson, Raymond “Bubba” White; great grandson, Brody Ridley;  parents, Frank and Mary Kolar; brothers, George Kolar, Frank Kolar, Leroy Kolar; son-in-law, Perry Lorenzo Hiles, III.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA. Visitation will continue Monday, November 7, 2022 from 9:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 10:00 AM also at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.  Pastor Danny Wilson and Pastor George Lee Glass will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow at Perkins Family Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
