Billy Jack Young

April 3, 1934 - April 15, 2014

Billy Jack Young, 80, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at his home.  Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Glenn Young and wife Pam of Merryville, LA; daughters, Shirley Spitzer and husband Kenny of Lumberton, TX, Donna McFatter of Kinder, LA, Bonnie Berry of DeRidder, LA, and Connie Sidbury of Lumberton, TX; 10 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, June Young.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and Thursday, April 17, 2014 from 9:00am until 2:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral Services begin at 2:00pm, Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.  Bro. Roger Gill will officiate.
