Billy Jack Cornes, 43, of Sulphur, LA, passed from this life on Thursday, September 12, 2019.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Laityn Abigail Cornes of Merryville, LA and Shantell Randolph of Sulphur, LA; brother, Scott Cornes and Alanna of Kirbyville, TX; nephews, Riley Carter and Jackson Cornes of Kirbyville, TX; niece, Ella Cornes of Kirbyville, TX; a host of cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Danielle Cornes; mother, Paula Cornes; father, Jack Cornes; brother, Todd Cornes; grandparents, Pete and Vivian Franks; grandmother, Vernie Cornes; grandfather, O.H. Cornes.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Boxwood Church of Christ in Merryville, LA.  Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, September 16. 2019, also at Boxwood Church of Christ in Merryville, LA.  Burial will follow at Bivens Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
