Bertha Eugenia Day

Bertha Eugenia Day, 77, of Longville, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are sons, Stanley Thompson of DeRidder, LA, Ivy Day and Becky of DeRidder, LA and Paul Day of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Carla Gail Coleman and Terry of Longville, LA and Lenora Day of Longville, LA; sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; her dog, Ruby; and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Buford Day; parents, Luby and Maude Isaacks; brother, Robert Earl Isaacks; sisters, Audra Whitmire, Verdie Isaacks, Betty Leatherwood.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA, with funeral service immediately following at 2:00 PM.   Brother Kenneth Gibson and Brother Jimmy Clark will officiate.
