Angelene Hester Havens, 85, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Wednesday, May,18, 2022.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving spouse of sixty-nine years, Eddie Ray Havens of DeRidder, LA; son, Elton Havens and Teresa of Merryville, LA; daughters, Georgia Franks and Kenneth, Deborah Pinson and Michael and Angie Lanier and Mike, all of Merryville, LA; brothers, Earnest Hester and Robert Hester, both of Merryville, LA; sister, Christine Longoria of Merryville, LA; grandchildren, Chasi Bailey & Randy, Chance Havens, Chase Havens & Ashely, Crystal Pence & Michael, Tiffany Cooper and Jason, Melissa and Curtis, Bryan Fowler, Levi Lanier & Erin, Shane Lanier and Ashley; twelve great grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cliff and Lucy Hester; sisters, Georgie Vowel, Margie Longoria; and a dear friend, Arlene Havens.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM and continue Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 12:00 PM until the time of service at 2:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Reverend Carnell Homer Longoria and Brother Donnie Ashworth will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Levi Lanier, Shane Lanier, Bryan Fowler, Dustin Odom, Chase Havens, Michael Longoria. Honorary pallbearers will be Myles Pence and Eli Lanier.
