Alayna Grace Young

Alayna Grace Young, 19, of Rosepine, La, passed from this life on Monday, November 15, 2021.

Alayna was a genuinely thriving young lady whose beauty was exceeded only by humility. She was quick to fight with or for someone, she was always good to her word, and she preferred to handle her own business. She was everything anyone could ask for in a daughter. She was a giant piece of the sun in our little world. She will be missed more than words can convey.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Jan Michael Young and Crystal Marie Young; sister, Brooklyn Marie Young; brothers, Wesley Layne Young, Michael Alexander Young;  paternal grandparents, Robert and Sandie Kozarovich;  step-grandparents, Rick and Tammie Silvers, Patricia Phillips; maternal grandparents, Michael Hultgren, Cala and Paul Williams; aunts, Wendy Keel, Mandy Grathwohl, Frankie Hultgren, Krista Hultgren; uncle, Christopher Steele; niece, Evelynn Young and a host of  cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Amy Kay Godeaux; brother, Cruz Alexander Young; uncles, Nathan Ryan Young, William Grathwohl; cousin, Heaven Ray Keel.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 10 AM until the time of service at 2:00 PM at The Church in Rosepine, LA. Brother Greg Crawford will officiate the service.
