Adley Copell Miller, 89, of Pecan Island, LA, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Joseph Copell and Janet of Kaplan, LA; daughter, Janet Copell Ashworth and James of DeRidder, LA; grandchildren, Darian Copell-Richards, Jenifer Richards, Aleks Richards, Emily Copell, Abby Copell, Kaylee Copell; great grandchildren, Delilah Johnson, Theodore Gomez, Joziah Richards, Kobe Hunter, Xavier Hunter, Avianna Key and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Miller; father, O’Neal Copell; mother, Ezora Dyson Copell; brother, Roland Copell; sisters, Ethel Veazey, Alverda Bourque, Goldie Nunez.

Graveside funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 31, 2020 at St. Eugene Catholic Church Cemetery in Grand Chenier, LA. Brother John Vining will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Derik Dunham, Guillermo Gomez, Ronald Trahan, Dale Ashworth, Bryan Ashworth, Daniel Key. Burial will follow at St. Eugene Catholic Church Cemetery in Grand Chenier.
