Abraham "Buddy" Bailey

Abraham “Buddy” Bailey, 73, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Sunday, May 18, 2014.  Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Lawrence “Dewayne” Bailey and wife Ma-Chierly of the Phillipines, George Bailey and wife Eva of DeRidder, LA, and Kenneth Riggle and wife Susie of Rosepine, LA; daughter, Darla Marie Whittington and husband Ricky of Rosepine, LA; sister, Tobitha “Sis” Gill of DeQueen, AR, and Mary “Mag” Beckwith of Deridder, LA; 18 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 22, 2014 from 3:00pm until 10:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral services will be Friday, May 23, 2014 at 2:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Whitaker Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.  Rev. Kevin Coward and Rev. Charlie Williams will officiate.
