Marie was a homemaker who loved spending time with family and friends.Her two grandsons; Jason and Jeremy, were very special and the apple of her eye.She was an excellent seamstress, sewing and mending most of the clothes for the entire family.A terrific cook, she often hosted dinners for the ARCO retirees and the members of her Sunday School class as well as family and friends.Her chicken and dumplings dish was a family favorite.She was a small gentle woman with open arms and willing hands to help anyone who needed it.She loved quilting, crocheting and sewing crafts and for many years was an active member of the Crowley Art Association.
She and her late husband traveled extensively, often to attend National Eaves family reunions, the Smith family reunion and also just to see America.They loved to follow Bluegrass music festivals throughout the United States. Marie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be dearly missed by all.

Mr. Tilley was an avid hunter and fisherman. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a retired carpenter and was a member of The Philadelphia Church of God.

Roderick Montel Mcclinton was born on December 7, 1962. He departed this life on Nov 8th 2009.
He attended two years of college. He spent his child hood/some adult-hood in Deridder Louisiana. He was educated at DeRidder High School where he played basketball under the leadership of Ellis Spikes, than to graduate from Deridder High School in 1981.
Roderick returned to Deridder in 2008 after living in Baton-Rouge where he worked in the prison system for 18 years.
Roderick joined New Hope under the leadership of Pastor D. S. Beverly. He attended church regularly sung in the chior and helped in the ministry has needed.
Roderick leaves to cherish his memories loving parents, Elmer and Deloris Mcclinton two sisters,Everly West(Roman), Tabeter Robinson, three brothers, Dominick Mcclinton(Vicky), Elmer Mcclinton Jr. (Betsy) and Michael Jackson(Tanya) two grandmonthers Bertha Melvin, Edna Mcclinton: five nephews and five nieces. A host of aunts and uncles.
